Dear Four Star Limousine,

Far too often people only take time to complain and not to compliment. When my family and I were returning home for the holiday's from Prague, Czech Republic to Boston my parents hired your service to collect us at Logan. On said day there was quite the little snow storm.

planes were grounded, people were stranded. But not us thanks to Four Star Limousine. Even though our arrival was delayed by over 3 hours, our driver Brion was there, car ready. Needless to say thanks to Four Star Limousine our Holidays began without a hitch. So, we wanted to take the time to thank you.

Dear Four Star:

I wanted to express my appreciation at the service my wife and I recently experienced with Four Star Limousine.

Over the last 2 weeks we had 2 round trips to Logan over both Holidays and our driver Charlie was impeccably professional, courteous and safe. Both pickups were early, 3:30 and 4 am, on the Saturday's before the holidays and our returns were late Christmas eve and then late New Years eve. Charlie was outstanding and a joy to converse with, making us feel like family. We really appreciated the experience realizing that the timing of our trip would require service above and beyond normal expectations.

This was our first experience with your company and our impression of Four Star is: Performance that is above and beyond expectations. I will absolutely use your service again and wholeheartedly recommend you to my colleagues, friends and family.
